This document is a public offer addressed to any individual or legal entity wishing to use the SERPHub platform, located at https://serphub.io.

Acceptance of this offer is considered to be registration on the site, selection of a tariff, clicking the payment button, making a payment, or continuing to use the paid services of the platform. By performing these actions, the Client confirms that they have fully read the terms of this offer and accept them unconditionally.
1. Terms and Definitions
Platform — the SERPHub website and software service, including the personal account, SEO tools, reports, integrations, and other features available on the site.
Client — any individual or legal entity using the Platform.
Services — access to SERPHub functionality under the terms of the selected tariff.
Billing period — a monthly or annual subscription period selected by the Client.
2. Subject of the Offer
2.1. The Contractor grants the Client a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to use the Platform for the duration of the paid subscription.
2.2. Services are provided remotely via the Internet after successful payment or after activation of a free tariff.
2.3. The set of features depends on the selected tariff published on the site.
3. Acceptance of the Offer
3.1. This offer is considered fully accepted by the Client from the moment of performing any of the following actions:
- account registration;
- tariff selection;
- clicking the payment button;
- successful completion of payment;
- continuation of using paid features after subscription renewal.
3.2. Acceptance of this offer means full and unconditional agreement of the Client with all its terms.
4. Tariffs, Prices, and Currency
4.1. The cost of SERPHub services is specified in Kyrgyzstani Soms (KGS).
Monthly Tariffs
- Free — 0 KGS / month
- Starter — 2,500 KGS / month
- Pro — 6,800 KGS / month
- Agency — 17,100 KGS / month
Annual Tariffs
- Free — 0 KGS / year
- Starter — 24,000 KGS / year
- Pro — 65,300 KGS / year
- Agency — 164,600 KGS / year
4.2. Payment is made in advance for the selected billing period.
4.3. The Contractor reserves the right to change tariff prices and the set of features for future subscription periods by publishing updated information on the site.
5. Payment and Auto-renewal
5.1. Payment is made online using the payment methods available on the site.
5.2. Access to paid features is activated after successful payment.
5.3. A paid subscription is automatically renewed for the next billing period unless the Client disables auto-renewal before the charge date.
5.4. By subscribing, the Client agrees to the regular deduction of fees for the next period until the subscription is canceled.
5.5. In case of unsuccessful charge, the Contractor reserves the right to suspend access to paid features until payment is completed.
6. Procedure for the Provision of Services
6.1. Services are considered rendered from the moment access to the selected tariff is provided in the Client's personal account.
6.2. The Contractor takes reasonable measures to ensure the stable operation of the Platform but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions, errors, or technical failures.
6.3. The Client independently ensures access to the Internet, a compatible device, and the safe storage of credentials.
7. Free Tariff
7.1. The Contractor may provide a free tariff with limited functionality.
7.2. The Contractor has the right to change the terms or terminate the free tariff at any time unless otherwise specified on the site.
8. Client Rights and Obligations
The Client undertakes to:
- provide accurate data during registration and payment;
- use the Platform in good faith and legally;
- not interfere with the operation and security of the Platform;
- not copy, resell, transfer to third parties, or hack the Platform;
- comply with the requirements of applicable law.
9. Refunds and Subscription Cancellation
9.1. The Client can cancel subscription renewal through the Billing section in their personal account.
9.2. Refunds are made in accordance with the Refund Policy available at: https://serphub.io/refund.
9.3. The refund period is 30 days unless otherwise provided by the refund policy or mandatory provisions of law.
9.4. Canceling a subscription stops subsequent charges but does not mean an automatic refund for the already paid current period, unless otherwise specified in the refund policy.
10. Personal Data
10.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at: https://serphub.io/privacy.
10.2. By accepting this offer, the Client also confirms their agreement with the Privacy Policy.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All exclusive rights to the Platform, software, design, interface, materials, logos, and other elements belong to the Contractor or its licensors.
11.2. The Client receives only a limited right to use the Platform for the duration of the subscription.
12. Liability
12.1. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law.
12.2. The Contractor is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption, unless otherwise established by mandatory provisions of law.
12.3. The Contractor's maximum liability for paid services is limited to the amount actually paid by the Client for the relevant billing period.
13. Changes to the Offer
13.1. The Contractor reserves the right to change the terms of this offer by publishing a new version on the site.
13.2. The new version comes into effect from the moment of publication unless a different period is specified in the text.
13.3. Continued use of the Platform after the publication of the new version means the Client's agreement with the changed terms.
14. Applicable Law and Disputes
14.1. This offer is governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic.
14.2. The parties undertake to first attempt to resolve a dispute through negotiations and written correspondence.
14.3. If the dispute is not resolved, it is subject to consideration in the competent court of Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, unless otherwise provided by mandatory provisions of law.
